Rev. Frank Williams, Senior Pastor

Pastor Frank was born on the island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis, W.I.  He is a graduate of New York Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree, and was ordained to the Christian Ministry in 2002, under the auspices of the Reverend Dr. Samuel G. Simpson.  Under the leadership and mentorship of Dr. Simpson, Pastor Frank has served at the Bronx Baptist Church in various capacities since 1994 and now joins the Wake-Eden family as Senior Pastor.  

He also serves as the State Director of the Black Church Leadership Network of New York, which is a fellowship of 45 churches that focus on missions, leadership development, and prison outreach. In addition, he also serves as the Treasurer for the National African American Fellowship, SBC.  Locally, he serves on the Caribbean Diaspora Baptist Clergy Association, and the Clergy Coalition of the 47th Precinct.   

In 2007 through 2009, Pastor Frank served as the Interim Executive Director for the Metropolitan New York Baptist Association, and was responsible for leading this association of over 225 churches scattered across southern Connecticut, northern New Jersey, New York City, and as far north as Dutchess County, NY.  Frank has also served on the Baptist Convention of New York's (BCNY) Executive Board for two terms, was the 2007 BCNY Annual Meeting Conference Preacher.  

Pastor Frank has a passion to teach God's word and has been called to serve the body of Christ.  He was installed as the second pastor of the Wake-Eden Community Baptist Church on March 17, 2013.  He and his wife Tisha have been married since 2006 and they have three children – Timothy, Tiffany, and Trinity.

Reverend Norman McCulloch, Sr. - Associate Minister of Congregational Care

Rev. McCulloch was born in Jamaica, W.I. where he graduated from LIFE Bible College of the Four Square Full Gospel Denomination. Upon graduation he was licensed to preach, and subsequently ordained to ministry in 1981. He relocated to the United States and received a BA from City College and MA in Public Health/ Hospital Administration from Colorado Technical University. He has been a member at Wake-Eden for over 25 years during with time he has been involved in preaching, drama ministry, teaching, and counseling. Norman serves as the Associate Minister of Congregational Care.

Minister Karl Greaves - Associate Minister of Family Enrichment

Minister Greaves is Jamaican born and has been a member of the Wake-Eden Community Baptist Church for 30 years.  He have been serving as a Deacon for 8 years, and has preached for several years at the New Hope Mission and Wake-Eden.  In his spare time he volunteers at local organizations that serve the homeless population in Rockland County.

He is a graduate of St. George's College, Kingston, Jamaica, and the New York Business School and currently owns and operates Greaves and Associates Accounting and Tax Services.  He is currently pursuing a dual BA and Masters of Arts degree in Pastoral Leadership and Ministry from Newburgh Theological Seminary.  Karl serves as the Associate Minister of Family Enrichment.

 Minister Alvin Whilby, Jr. - Minister of Youth

Minister Whilby was born and raised in the North East Bronx.  He began attending the Wake-Eden Community Baptist Church at age eleven, and has been a member for sixteen years.

Alvin has always been a part of the Youth Fellowship and has served on the Usher Board, and the Media Committee.  Currently, he serves as a Youth Mentor and a Bible Hour Facilitator.  Alvin is a graduate of The City College of New York with a BA in Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Alvin serves as the Minister of Youth.
